1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jayo9", "we", "us", "our" refers to jayo9 and the operators of the jayo9.io platform.
• "Platform" refers to the jayo9.io website and all associated products, services, games, and betting markets accessible through it.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held within a User's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted by jayo9 to a User, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" refers to any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a User using real-money or bonus funds held in their Wallet.
• "Prohibited Person" refers to any individual under the age of 21, any individual using the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or any individual who has been excluded from the Platform by jayo9 or by their own self-exclusion request.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the jayo9 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jayo9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on jayo9. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep that information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Verification. jayo9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account's lifecycle — including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

2.5 Residency. jayo9 targets players located in Bangladesh. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by applicable local law do so entirely at their own risk. jayo9 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to access in any jurisdiction other than that for which it is designed.

3 Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. jayo9 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not used on any other platform.

3.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. jayo9 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

3.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify jayo9 support immediately at [email protected]. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available in your account security settings.

3.4 jayo9 will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password. Any such communication purporting to be from jayo9 and requesting your credentials should be treated as fraudulent.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jayo9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected debit/credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Accepted methods may change from time to time and the current list is displayed in the Platform cashier.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jayo9, though your payment provider may apply its own limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a verified request during standard operating hours. jayo9 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

4.4 Verification Hold. jayo9 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not constitute grounds for a complaint.

4.5 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on jayo9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jayo9 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

4.6 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that you personally own. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 jayo9 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the relevant offer page.

5.3 One Promotion Per Household. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. jayo9 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus and cancel associated winnings if it determines that a promotion has been claimed in breach of this restriction.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through collusion, arbitrage betting, placing low-risk or near-risk-free wagers to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other technique jayo9 deems to constitute bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.

5.5 jayo9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations already accepted by a User will be honoured.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by jayo9. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. jayo9 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including where an error in odds or market data is identified.

6.2 Odds Errors. In the event that odds or payouts are published in error — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error — jayo9 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies to all betting markets including cricket, football, and all other sports.

6.3 Match Integrity. jayo9 takes match-fixing and spot-fixing extremely seriously. Any account found to be placing bets associated with corrupt activity will be permanently closed and relevant information may be shared with appropriate sporting bodies, including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC).

6.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino table games, live dealer games, and slot titles on jayo9 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by our studio partners. Game outcomes are independently verified and jayo9 does not manipulate game results. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slots are available in each game's information panel.

6.5 Disconnections. In the event of a disconnection during a live bet or casino game session, jayo9's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome. jayo9 is not responsible for losses arising from connection failures on the User's side, including mobile network interruptions.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jayo9 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts on the Platform, whether in your own name or using third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to exploit the Platform for financial gain through illegitimate means.
• Abusing promotions in the manner described in Section 5.4 of these Terms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jayo9 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt jayo9's technical infrastructure, servers, or databases.
• Sharing or re-selling your jayo9 account credentials or account access to any third party.
• Placing bets or wagers with knowledge of corrupt, fixed, or manipulated match outcomes.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 jayo9 is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide all registered users with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options, all available from the account settings panel.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from jayo9 for a set period or permanently, you may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, jayo9 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from re-opening your account.

8.3 Underage Gambling. jayo9 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. If you are aware of an individual under 21 using the Platform, please notify us immediately. We encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent access to gambling platforms by minors.

8.4 Gambling should be an entertainment activity. 9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the jayo9 platform — including but not limited to the jayo9 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data feeds — is the proprietary property of jayo9 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of jayo9.

9.3 Game content displayed on jayo9 — including slot titles, live casino feeds, and branded game assets — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is used by jayo9 under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 The jayo9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jayo9 disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 jayo9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress, even if jayo9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 jayo9 is not liable for losses arising from: (a) technical faults, server downtime, or network failures outside jayo9's reasonable control; (b) third-party payment provider delays or failures; (c) unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; or (d) changes to applicable laws or regulations affecting the Platform's operation.

10.4 In all circumstances where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, jayo9's aggregate liability to you shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 jayo9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 jayo9 uses SSL encryption for all data transmissions between your device and our servers. We do not store bKash PINs, Nagad PINs, card CVV numbers, or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment transactions are processed via your chosen payment provider's own secure infrastructure.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

12.3 The version of the Terms displayed at jayo9.io/terms-conditions at any given time is the current operative version. Previous versions may be requested from support for reference purposes.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jayo9 operates with the intent to provide a fair, transparent, and well-regulated service to players in Bangladesh.

13.2 Complaints Process. If you have a complaint regarding jayo9's services, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it in writing and jayo9 will provide a final position within 28 days.

13.3 jayo9 records all bet transactions, game outcomes, and account activity server-side. In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet or game outcome, jayo9's server records shall be treated as the authoritative record.
